Bilingual Office Manager

Responsibilities
■General Administrative tasks to facilitate day to day operation.
■Schedule meetings and updating company Calendar.
■Organize office and supplies.
■Scan receipts and invoices for accounting.
■Purchase and maintain office supplies and equipment.
■Manage payroll data.
■Contact accountant and personnel manager.
■Scout for new employees.
■Assist with Japanese language calls and mail.
■Proofread Japanese language text.
■Make reservations for company activities.

Requirements
■Educated to bachelor degree or equivalent.
■Native level Japanese, at least Business level English.
■At least 3 years experience in an administrative role.
■Good personal skills.
■Confidence to manage external clients.
■Time management, reliability and discretion.
■Experience with working with international colleagues/counterparts.
